We are now looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to join our high-growth journey and enable our sales-driven teams through impactful people and operations strategies.
What Youll Do

• Own product backlogs, define requirements, and drive execution with speed.
• 
  Go beyond engineering partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and ops.
• Plan, spec, and ship new features end-to-end with minimal inputs.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
• Think beyond today: anticipate needs, design solutions, and push OutSpark ahead of the market.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to understand requirements, translate them into features, prioritize them and launch highest impact features fastest.
• You will be required to manage stakeholders (both Internal & External) across various functions.
  

Who You Are

• 45 years in digital product management with exposure to SaaS (B2B + B2C).
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
