Roles and Responsibilities Job Purpose Objective of CSRM-MSME is to have effective engagement of Bank with the Branch Managed Corporates. To manage an allocated portfolio of profitable corporate salary relationships and their key decision makers so as to build, deepen and enhance the overall relationship and to grow the business. To increase the Bank’s engagement with the smaller corporates for active management of the Employee relationships, thereby increasing our wallet share, enhancing the relationship value and increasing cross-sell penetration of other products in the corporate base both in number and value Job Responsibilities(JR) : Acquisition To generate new corporate relationship (COCO’s) To conduct regular activities in corporates /ATM’s for lead generation To generate cross sales of various liability/asset products Acquiring new customers who meet product criteria Market penetration To increase salary penetration of bank’s share in corporates having multiple banking relationship Deepening of the salary relationship - new account acquisition and value build up in existing accounts Customer service To understand the offer/arrangement made to the Corporate by the bank To identify and resolve service issues of the Corporate To ensure that all accounts signed up with the corporate gets salary credits Servicing all financial needs of the flagged customer Customer engagement CSRM-MSME to visit 100% portfolio corporates at least once in 2 months by mode of Personal Visit. 20 unique corporates to be visited every month CSRM-MSME to be the single point of contact for all the corporate key decision makers. Cross Sales Selling all products to the relationship - core and cross sell Each CSRM-MSME Sales Officer to meet productivity and should source min 75 accounts per month.
