Job Title: Sales Manager - LAP (Coimbatore)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth in the LAP sector.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve LAP business targets in the Coimbatore region
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LAP market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams product knowledge and sales skills
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future performance
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LAP or mortgage industry

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
