Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth in the LAP sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve LAP business targets in the Coimbatore region
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LAP market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams product knowledge and sales skills
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future performance
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LAP or mortgage industry
