An exciting leadership opportunity for seasoned professionals with 12+ years of experience in Risk & Compliance within the Insurance industry. The role involves designing and managing robust risk and compliance frameworks while collaborating closely with key stakeholders and aligning with global standards. We are seeking a proactive, strategic leader from the Insurance domain. Immediate joiners will be strongly preferred.

Location- Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and continuously enhance enterprise-wide Risk & Compliance frameworks to ensure alignment with global and local regulatory requirements.
2. Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, IT, and business risks, ensuring strong governance and control mechanisms.
3. Partner with senior business leaders to review, strengthen, and redefine policies, procedures, and internal controls to minimize risk exposure.
4. Lead internal and external compliance audits, ensuring adherence to international standards, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
   
5. Drive a strong risk and compliance culture through stakeholder guidance, risk awareness programs, timely reporting, and effective issue escalation.

Requirements:

1. 12+ years of experience in Risk & Compliance within the Insurance industry, with hands-on ownership of the First Line of Defense.
2. Strong knowledge of insurance products, insurance regulations, and compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory and governance standards.
3. Proven expertise in designing and implementing risk management and compliance programs, including policy and control assessments.
4. Experience in collaborating with Internal and External Audit teams, regulators, and key stakeholders to manage audits and address findings.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex risk issues into strategic actions.
