Qualification

CA/MBA Finance having 6-10 years of experience

Head of Finance/ Business head

Roles & Responsilities :

1-Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Lead annual budgeting (AOP), quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.

Perform variance analysis vs budget/forecast and provide actionable insights.

Support management with scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and profitability analysis.

Partner with business teams to drive cost optimization and revenue growth.

Design, implement, and own monthly MIS packs for leadership and Investors

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial and operational dashboards.

Automate and improve MIS processes using Excel, BI tools, or ERP systems.

Present financial performance and trends to senior management.

3-Unit Economics & Business Analytics

Build and monitor unit economics models (CAC, LTV, contribution margins, break-even, etc.).

Analyze product/channel/customer-level profitability.

Support pricing decisions, margin improvement initiatives, and scalability assessments.

Evaluate new business models, expansions, and strategic initiatives.

4-Stakeholder & Leadership Support

Act as a finance business partner to functional heads and leadership.

Support Board / investor presentations with robust financial analysis.

Mentor and manage junior team members in FP&A and MIS functions.

5-Systems & Controls

Work closely with accounting, audit, and compliance teams to ensure data integrity.

Strengthen financial controls and reporting governance.

Support ERP implementations and financial system upgrades, if required.
