Job Summary
HYBRID ROLE
The Team Lead Data Transformation and Management develop and delivers supply chain analytics that span functions and Business Units, enabling insights into throughput time, lead time, delivery performance, logistics, working capital, and order management. This role makes data-driven recommendations to improve profitability, customer service, and inventory performance. This position also leads to data integrity, reporting development, and supply chain improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting
- Develop supply chain analytics that provide visibility to operational performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Build and enhance reporting capabilities for key Supply Chain KPIs.
- Ensure data integrity, validation, and consistency across analytics, dashboards, and reports.
- Conduct internal and external benchmarking studies to identify best practices.
- Lead and participate in Six Sigma, supply chain, and data transformation improvement projects.
- Apply common processes, tools, and information systems to standardize supply chain analysis.
- Create basic supply chain models for scenario analysis and What-If simulations.
- Provide financial analysis to support decision-making, trade-off evaluations, and improvement recommendations.
- Leverage business systems and analytics platforms to develop repeatable, scalable, and capable reporting solutions.
- Support the development and execution of analytical frameworks aligned with strategic supply chain objectives.
- Drive consistency in master data, materials planning parameters, and data structures that support supply chain performance.

- Materials KPI Management Interprets KPIs, identifies gaps, and drives improvement while balancing trade-offs.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college, university, or equivalent required.
- Compliance-related licensing may be required for export controls and sanction regulations.
- 35 years of relevant experience , preferably within supply chain analytics, data management, or operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency with BI tools, data modeling, and KPI reporting.
- Understanding of supply chain functions (planning, logistics, inventory, manufacturing) preferred.
- Experience using SQL, ETL tools, or data integration technologies is an added advantage.

- Ability to review business requests and understand expected technical solutions.
- Break down requests into complete design workflows and data flows.
- Create user stories that deliver tangible business value within each sprint.
- Independently manage tasks in Jira and update solution designs and analysis templates.
- Guide and support junior team members in understanding solution workflows and design steps.
- Lead and mentor team members in day-to-day technical activities.
- Expertise in ETL technologies (SSIS) and experience building scalable data pipelines.
- Advanced SQL/T-SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
- Experience with Visual Studio SSIS, including upcoming migration to Azure Data Factory (2026 plan).
- Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure, Azure Data Factory, ADLS).
- Ability to enhance and maintain Power BI reporting and capabilities.
- Knowledge of SQL Server integrations and database development best practices.
- Good understanding of SSAS (Analysis Services, analytical models) and readiness to support cloud upgrades.
- Prior experience designing robust, sustainable analytical or integration solutions.
- Good to have Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain functions.
