Job Title: Data Analyst

SELIN Club, a leading global community for education leaders, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Data Analyst. This is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates looking to expand their horizons in the education sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
2. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
3. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
4. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
5. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
6. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Experience in the education sector is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).
5. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
