Responsibilities:

• Collect and manage large datasets from various sources, including electronic medical records, clinical trials, and research studies.
• Analyze and interpret medical data using statistical software, such as R or Python.
• Develop and maintain data cleaning and validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and evaluate research studies and clinical trials.
• Communicate data insights and findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research trends and developments in the medical field.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, data science, or health informatics.
• Minimum of 3 - 6 years of experience in data analysis in a medical research and development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in statistical software, such as R or Python, and database management tools.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and knowledge of healthcare systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors in a relevant field, such as biostatistics or epidemiology.
• Experience working with clinical trials and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
• Understanding of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
