Strong Agile Experience Custom Application Delivery ERP/CRM Exposure
Qualifications & Experience:
8 12 years in project management with at least:
5+ years managing Agile custom software development projects
2-3 years exposure to ERP/CRM enhancement or integration projects
Proven experience in:
Delivering enterprise-grade web/mobile applications

Working with distributed or cross-functional Agile teams
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, GitLab, or similar tools.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of SDLC, microservices, APIs, integration patterns.
Understanding of UX/UI processes and user-centric design.
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
