Marketing And Business Development Intern

We are looking for a motivated and curious graduate who is passionate about digital marketing and business growth. You will help Decode Growth increase its digital presence, create engaging content, and support business development activities to attract and engage clients.

This internship is ideal for someone who wants practical experience in marketing strategy, content creation, social media, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Digital Marketing and Content

• Create high-quality content such as blogs, guides, infographics, and short videos to increase awareness and generate leads
• Update and optimize website content using WordPress to improve visibility and performance
• Plan and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.

B. Business Development

• Research and identify potential clients or partners on LinkedIn and email
• Assist with marketing campaigns and outreach planning
• 
  Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and pitch decks for business development
• Work closely with leadership to identify new service opportunities and support client proposals.

Requirements:

• MBA, BBA, BE, or equivalent qualification with a strong interest in digital marketing, AI tools, and business growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of Canva and basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS tools
• Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and heatmapping/user-session tools (e.g. Hotjar, FullStory)
• Experience with social listening or sentiment analysis tools (e.g. Talkwalker, YouScan)

  Get Hired
  Knowledge of SEO & tools like SEMrush, Surfer SEO or equivalents for keyword & content optimization
• Exposure to AI content generation / copy tools such as Jasper, ChatGPT or similar
• Understanding of data visualization / reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Zoho Analytics
• Awareness of AI-driven marketing analytics platforms like PaveAI, Windsor.ai, or tools for multi-channel attribution, budget optimization, and predictive modelling
• Creative mindset plus analytical thinking: able to propose ideas, test, measure, iterate based on data.
