Role Description
The Head of Business Development will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth, identify land, land owners who has the appetite to invest in the townships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi and will require collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute aligned strategies effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strong Strategic Thinking skills
- REgular travel will be required
- Proven expertise in Sales and Client Relationship Management

- Experience in Business Development and Account Management
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to drive organizational growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle industries and contacts with VHNI , HNI is a strong advantage
