We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and educational events across the region. This role will focus strongly on digital marketing performance, including paid advertising, SEO, and website management, while also coordinating seminars, forums, and exhibitions organized by the company.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, and comfortable working across both digital marketing execution and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Manage and improve SEO performance, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic content structuring.
• Maintain and update the company's WordPress website, including content uploads, landing pages, and basic performance monitoring (experience with Hostinger or similar hosting platforms is required).
• Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing basic reports and insights to support marketing decisions.

• Coordinate local and international seminars, forums, and exhibitions, including registrations, speaker coordination, marketing materials, and on-ground support.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Support email marketing, landing pages, and digital promotions related to seminars and product launches.
• Assist with basic visual content needs (social media creatives, banners, presentations) when required, in coordination with the design team.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with Dentium's brand guidelines and regional marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 24 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimization.
• Experience managing WordPress websites and hosting tools such as Hostinger.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
• Experience supporting seminars, exhibitions, or medical/dental events.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools.
• Fluency in Arabic and/or Korean.
• Experience in the healthcare, dental, or medical industry.
