Job Title: Information Security Project Manager, AVP
Location: Pune, India
Role Description
- The Information Security Project Manager will be responsible for managing several projects involving technical and process remediations related to Privileged Access Management Findings and assisting the Banks stakeholders in delivering the annual targets of Audit remediation commitments and risk reduction.
- In this context the Project Manager will be managing delivery to scope, cost, schedule, resources, and quality while continuously identifying and mitigating underlying risks. The role requires excellent oral and written communications skills along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas and be knowledgeable in Information Security topics.

- Develop expert knowledge of the Banks InfoSec Policies and controls, specifically around PAM and how these must be applied to IT Assets
- Develop expert knowledge of the Banks NFRM Risk Management Framework and related policies
- Create and maintain project management plans. Ensure delivery to schedule and cost.
- Create and maintain RACI matrixes & stakeholder lists and plan tasks, milestones and deliverables
- Work with vendors to create/agree, as and where required, Statements of Work
- Oversee Vendors and ensure they deliver to their contracted commitments
- Liaise with procurement on contract management and invoicing
- Review risks and issues and assess their impact on the Business Case
- Ensure project adheres to the Risk & Issue Management, Dependency Management and Change Management processes as outlined in the Change Governance Framework
- Track the progress of Key Performance Indicators on a fortnightly basis against the baseline
- Provide regular project status reporting
- Capture Lessons Learned as per the frequency agreed in the project management plan
- Monitor and report overall project performance KPIs, Risks and Issues
- Ensure all tasks, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies aligned to the overall completion of the Investment are closed
- Overall experience of 6-10 years in an IT Project Management role, preferably related to IT Security and/or Privileged Access Management
- Expert knowledge of the topics of Identity and Access Management & Privileged Access Management
- Expert knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experienced in managing Infrastructure & Cyber Security projects.
- Proven leadership and general management skills, including advanced negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Expert-level organization and planning skills
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
- Experienced in methods of estimating time and resources for task assignments
- Good knowledge and understanding of Information Security concepts
- Experience in a Global Financial Services Organisation
- Experience working with Internal / External Auditors
- Experience developing/managing medium to large project schedules
- Experience in working with vendors
- Proven ability to work effectively with executive management
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals
- Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and collaborator
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and able to use advanced features of PowerPoint and Excel SharePoint, project management and reporting automation skills
- Good understanding of technologies such as Windows, Unix, Databases, Cloud (GCP and Azure) would be beneficial

- BSc Comp. Science would be desirable
