About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Authorized Representative to handle Indiabulls ARC cases in various courts in Kolkata. As an Authorized Representative, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in court proceedings, drafting legal documents, and providing expert advice on IBC laws and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

specialize in handling 138 cases

Court Representation- Represent clients in court proceedings related to ARC cases, ensuring effective advocacy and case management.

Drafting and Filing-Draft and file petitions, applications, and other legal documents related to ARC cases.

Legal Research- Conduct thorough research and analysis on complex legal issues related to IBC laws and procedures.

Client Advice- Provide expert advice to clients on legal matters related to ARC cases.

Case Management- Ensure timely and efficient management of cases, including tracking court dates and deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria:

LLB Degree- A law degree from a recognized institution, with a strong understanding of IBC laws and procedures.

Experience- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling IBC cases or related legal matters.

Court Experience- Experience in representing clients in courts, tribunals, or other legal forums.

Language Skills- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Native languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Handling ARC Cases- Experience in handling cases related to asset reconstruction companies.

Familiarity with Kolkata Courts- Familiarity with court procedures and rules in Kolkata.

Strong Research Skills-Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
