• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven projects that enhance the company's data and analytics capabilities.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Oversee cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Implement and manage Agile methodologies and MLOps best practices across AI initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, and Responsible AI principles, including bias detection and model explainability.
• Monitor project budgets, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics throughout the lifecycle.
• Promote business adoption of AI tools by driving change management and user readiness.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and technology partners to deliver scalable AI platforms and pipelines.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in AI, ML, or data analytics environments.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end AI/ML projects, including MLOps workflows and model lifecycle management.
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools and cloud platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, governance, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act).
• Skilled in Agile/Scrum and hybrid project delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or AI/ML-related certifications.
