Job Description
The Senior / Lead Enterprise Architect proactively and holistically helps and guides enterprise leaders, product managers, and distributed delivery teams through digital transformation and optimization initiatives. They support the formulation of business strategy, outcomes, and capabilities while ensuring targeted business goals such as revenue growth, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability are achieved.
The Senior Enterprise Architect Must
- Facilitate alignment between business and IT, across the democratized DIGITAL landscape.
- Engage business and DIGITAL stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Adapt to changing business models and operating frameworks.
- Analyze trends and disruptions to assess their impact on business strategy.
- Communicate and visualize the future state to drive long-term planning.
- Support various operating models, including project-centric and product-centric approaches.
- Demonstrate the value of enterprise architecture (EA) and promote architectural governance.
- Mentor other architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to instill EA thinking.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years in enterprise architecture, DIGITAL strategy, or related domains.
- Expertise in business analysis, solution architecture, middleware, application development, data management, and DIGITAL governance.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner methodologies).
- Knowledge of cloud computing, security architecture, API integration, and microservices.
- Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
