Digio - Head - Finance

As a Head Finance & Compliance you will be responsible to:- Spearhead the Finance, Accounting & Compliance vertical for Digio Group- Review, monitor and manage cash flows (Account Receivables, Account Payables, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Accounting functions) .- Develop and maintain an internal audit mechanism to ensure compliance from a day to day operations perspective.- Ensure the timely keeping of financial information and maintaining all financial records for the organization- Use one's expert experience to review and approve accounting and related functions, processes and administration procedures. Perform periodic internal financial due diligence.- Develop Board of Directors materials and reporting on financial matters, and maintain relationships with investors.- Coordinate statutory audits (CBDT, RBI, SEBI, CCA, etc. ), including contracting auditors, preparing financial and compliance documents for audits, and ensuring that all audit requirements are met on time- Conduct ongoing - Financial forecasting and modeling, lead annual budgeting and planning process, and provide clear visibility and recommendations to achieve the financial goals.- Develop MIS and Reports for internal and external stakeholders for creating visibility across various business parameters.- Develop a mechanism to review and manage external CA/ CS and law firms.- Keeping a track of statutory regulations (CBDT, RBI, SEBI, CCA, etc.) and formulating a tracker for the internal stakeholders You will be best suited for this role if you have :- A proven track record 5-10 years of work experience in Finance and Audit roles- Served any organization/client as Head of Finance & Compliance - Deep understanding of Indian taxation, accounting and Statutory compliance- A Chartered Accountant degree or MBA in Finance (top tier campus)- Have an ability to handle multiple stakeholder (internal / external) (ref:iimjobs.com)
