Job Description

Digisculpt Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is expanding and were looking for driven Business Development Managers to join our growing digital team, with a strong background in Digital Marketing or a related industry

Key Responsibilities

? Identify, generate, and qualify B2B leads through multiple channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)

? Understand client requirements related to digital marketing solutions and propose suitable offerings

? Conduct client presentations, product/service demos, and proposal discussions

? Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and handover

? Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers

? Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, negotiations, and closures

? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

? Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM

? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

? Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

? Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Digital Marketing / IT Services / Media / SaaS

? Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, websites, performance marketing, etc.)

Required Skills

? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

? Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities

? Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

? Confident, result-oriented, and client-focused approach

? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
