Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Qlik Sense
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and connect data from multiple sources into BI tools
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Create clear data stories that help leadership and teams make better decisions
- Validate data accuracy, ensure data quality, and troubleshoot data inconsistencies
- Proactively explore data to uncover new opportunities, risks, and insights
- Support ad-hoc analysis and deep dives as needed
- Strong hands-on experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in Power BI and/or Qlik Sense
- Solid working knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries, performance optimization)
- Experience connecting databases / data tables directly to BI tools
- Strong understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices
- Ability to convert raw data into clear insights and narratives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- High level of curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
- Experience with large datasets / data warehouses
- Knowledge of Python / R for analysis
- Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Understanding of product, operations, or business metrics
