Job Title: Project Manager- Corporate Learning/ elearning

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Corporate Learning and eLearning solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end learning projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of corporate training initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage
  
  corporate learning and eLearning projects from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee the design, development, and rollout of learning solutions including leadership, communication, compliance, DEI, and change management programs.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risks to ensure successful completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising Instructional Designers, Graphic Artists, Developers, and Video Artists.
• Ensure alignment of learning programs with organizational strategies and client goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Monitor key metrics such as resource utilization, performance, and delivery quality.
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Animation, Design, Instructional Design, or related field.
• PMP / Agile certification (preferred).
