The platform is designed to create mutual value through strategic partnerships, targeted exposure, and revenue-driven collaborations.
Role Description
This is a commission-based role for a Business Development Executive Retail & Lifestyle Partnerships at Divine Management.
The role focuses on securing strategic lifestyle and retail partnerships that will be featured on the Divine Influence platform.
Qualifications
- Strong sales background in retail, lifestyle, or hospitality partnerships.
- Existing relationships with hotels, airlines, cafs, gyms, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to close deals and work against clear targets.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based structure.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- GCC market experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven, commission-based role.
- Strong understanding of partnership-based business models.
- High level of professionalism and commercial awareness.
- Experience in Business Operations and Account Management
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage existing relationships with lifestyle and retail partners in the GCC.
- Acquire partnerships with hotels, airlines, cafs, restaurants, gyms, wellness centers, and lifestyle brands.
- Pitch the platform, negotiate commercial terms, and close partnership deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to partnerships and revenue.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle from onboarding to contract execution.
- Drive revenue growth through high-quality lifestyle collaborations.
- Contribute directly to the growth and monetization of the Divine Influence platform.
Salary: Commission-based role.
Earnings are directly tied to partners onboarded, deals closed, and revenue generated.
