Role Overview

DellaTownships is seeking a Finance Executive with experience in real estate or township projects to support financial planning, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis across ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities
. Preparation and analysis of MIS reports for management review.
. Assist in project budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
. Support development and maintenance of financial models for township and real estate projects.
. Monitor project costs, cash flows, and financial performance.
. Assist in evaluation and tracking of project contracts and financial commitments.
. Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for financial data and reporting.
. Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
. Ensure proper documentation and financial control processes across projects.
. Travel to project sites when required for financial reviews and coordination.

Job Expectations:

Required Skills

. Strong experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
. Good understanding of project finance and cost monitoring.
. Strong analytical and Excel skills.
. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (MBA Finance/CA Inter preferred).

Minimum Job Experience:

3-6 years of experience in finance roles within real estate or township projects.
