Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern
Company: Recruitment / Staffing Company
Internship Duration: 3 Months (Full-time opportunity after internship based on performance)
Stipend: ?5,000 per month
Work Mode: Permanent Remote (Work From Home)
Internship Details

This is a full-time internship
Internship Timings: 10:00 AM 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Laptop & Stable Internet Connection is Mandatory
No college-pursuing candidates allowed (Only those who can work full-time)

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead generation and outreach to potential clients
Understanding client hiring requirements
Pitching recruitment services to prospects
Follow-ups with clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Maintaining client and lead data
Supporting senior BDEs in closing deals

Requirements

Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Interest in sales / business development / recruitment
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Comfortable working remotely
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is a plus
