Job Description

Position: Sr. BDE & BDE
Experience: 2-6+ Years

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive sales of our IT solutions and services in international markets, particularly the US and Europe. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in international B2B IT sales (excluding staffing sales), and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate Companys IT offerings to potential clients in the US/Europe region.
  • Execute strategic prospecting via cold calling, emails, social media, and inbound inquiries.
  • Customize pitches based on client profiles and engage prospects across the sales cycle (initial contact to closure).
  • Present Canopuss value proposition through calls or web meetings to CXOs, Directors, and Line of Business Managers.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Support Teams for solution design and proposal creation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop SOWs/proposals aligned with client expectations.
  • Support and collaborate with the VP of Sales in nurturing key accounts and closing opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and revenue targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and participate in sales reviews.

Candidate Requirements
  • 2-6 years of experience in IT Sales focused on international markets (US/Europe).
  • Strong background in lead generation and closing B2B sales in the IT services domain (full-cycle).
  • Proven individual contributor with experience in meeting sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over phone and email.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined with a strong hunter mindset.
  • Familiarity with the assigned international territories and ability to build a strong sales pipeline.
This role works across time zones not round-the-clock, but with the flexibility to collaborate globally
