Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies for the general trade market.

2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and distributors.

3. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.

5. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.

7. Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability.

8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in sales, specifically in the general trade market. hygiene & cleaning products.

3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Proficiency in MS Office
