Position: NetSuite Functional Trainee / Junior Consultant (CA Background)
Location: Chennai - Onsite
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)
Engagement Type: Full Time
About The Role
We are looking for CA completed or CA intermediate candidates who are keen to build a career in NetSuite ERP Functional Consulting. This role is ideal for finance professionals who want to transition from traditional accounting into cloud ERP, automation, and digital finance transformation.
Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support NetSuite Finance & Accounting modules under senior consultants.
• Assist in understanding client business processes such as:
• 
  Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
• Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Record-to-Report (RTR)
• Support configuration of accounting features including:
• Chart of Accounts
• GL, AP, AR
• Fixed Assets
• Revenue Recognition
• Budgeting & Reporting
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and documentation.
• Assist in data migration activities (CSV imports/exports).
• Support testing activities (UAT, functional testing) and issue tracking.
• Prepare user guides, functional documents, and training materials.

Skills & Requirements

• CA Inter / CA Final / CA Qualified
• Strong fundamentals in:
• Accounting
• Finance
• Taxation (basic understanding)
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn NetSuite ERP and cloud technologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a client-facing environment.
