Role Overview
We are looking for a driven B2B Pre-Sales Executive with strong outbound sales experience. The role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, lead qualification, and setting up meetings for the Business Development Manager (BDM). This is a target-driven role suited for someone confident in outbound prospecting and client conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads using LinkedIn, Lusha, trade portals, and other online tools
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Identify and qualify decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and assess sales potential
- Schedule qualified appointments/meetings for the Business Development Manager
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales / pre-sales / SDR role
- Strong experience with cold calling and lead qualification
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Comfortable working in a target-based, high-performance environment
