Accountant - Payables

Dubai Media is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Payables to join our Finance Affairs department. In this role, you will manage and process outgoing payments, verify invoices, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. You'll play a key part in maintaining smooth vendor relationships and ensuring timely, compliant payments that contribute to the organization's financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
• Prepare, schedule, and reconcile payments in line with budgets and due dates.
• Review employee expense reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain organized financial records and generate payable reports for management.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 03 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
