About the Role:

Finance Controller We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to lead financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations within a rapidly growing fintech organization. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience, preferably in fintech, payments, lending, NBFCs, or financial services. This is a Work From Office (WFO) role.

  Experience in handling disputes, loan recoveries, and regulatory filings.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and controlling roles.
• Experience in fintech, payments, lending, NBFCs, or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Ind-AS/IFRS, financial controls, auditing, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools.
