Responsibilities

• Processing of global reporting (e.g. profit and loss, balance sheet KPIs, headcount, investment, strategic business units): ensure completeness, run consolidations and check plausibility. Full responsibility for processing selected reporting (e.g. weekly order intake)
• Maintenance and improvement of standard reports (in excel), e.g. change of entity structure, change in accounts, rework of layout, add additional information.
• Maintenance and improvement of internal working documents (in excel), e.g. change of entity structure, change in accounts, improve validations.
• Support commenting of management reports and publish global reports.
• Support intercompany fee invoicing process, e.g. invoicing of brand and product license.
• Support the global Finance community: upload of FasterPlus upload files in case of connectivity problems, first level support in case of questions.
• Support FasterPlus user review process by identifying obsolete users.
• Creation of new reports in excel in close cooperation with the team in Germany.

  Get Hired
• Creation and update of management presentations based on existing templates (e.g. Business Review Meeting, WA presentation).
• Work on ad-hoc requests (e.g. analysis tasks, creation of templates)
  

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of MS Office and in particular Excel at an advanced level
• Highly proficient in spoken and written business English
• IT affinity, experience with Oracle HFM reporting tool is a plus
• Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail oriented and good with numbers
• Proactive approach and solution-oriented thinking and acting
