Job Title: Business Development Intern Sales

Company: Edge3

Location: Noida

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ?15,000 per month

PPO: Performance-based Pre-Placement Offer

CTC after PPO: ?3 6 LPA

Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you will promote Edge3s project-oriented programs to students and early professionals, help them understand career benefits, and guide them toward the right learning path. This is a target-driven role with direct exposure to EdTech sales and counseling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Explain the value of Edge3s project-based learning programs to students
  • Identify potential learners through calls, chats, and social outreach
  • Counsel candidates on career paths and suitable programs
  • Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
  • Maintain CRM records and daily follow-ups
  • Support webinars, workshops, and promotional activities
  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Interest in EdTech, counseling, and sales

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools

  • Graduate / final year student (any stream)
  • Freshers welcome
  • Sales or counseling experience is a plus
