Project Manager (Fit-Out & High-End Renovation)Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai, UAEIndustry: Construction / Interior Fit-Out / High-End Residential RenovationAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee high-quality fit-out and villa renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with a proven track record in managing projects to the highest standards, with specific experience in both British and UAE markets.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle for luxury villa renovations and commercial/residential fit-outs, from initial client handover to final completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and financial forecasts.
• Resolve any on-site issues, conflicts, or delays promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all local Dubai regulations, permits, and codes.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: 4-5 years of solid, demonstrable experience specifically in interior fit-out and high-end villa renovation.
• Market Experience: Direct professional experience working on projects in both the UK and the UAE is essential.
• Language: Native English speaker (verbal and written fluency is mandatory for client communication, reporting, and team leadership).
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai. The role is primarily on-site in Dubai Investment Park (DIP).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and fit-out techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana) and MS Office.
• A degree or professional certification in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a strong advantage.
