Talent Acquisition Associate

Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of top talent for the Asia Pacific region. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles, across all levels and functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the APAC market, a proven track record of success in recruiting, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment outcomes, including hiring partnership meetings, sourcing strategy design, candidate assessment, offer facilitation, and successful hiring closures.

• 

  Support and enhance Elancos employer brand by delivering a positive, consistent candidate experience and maintaining a strong presence across digital platforms and recruitment channels.

• Lead salary discussions and offer alignment with candidates, in partnership with hiring managers and HRBPs, ensuring compliance with company policies and compensation guidelines.

• Act as a key liaison across internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for agencies and vendors.

• Ensure accurate and timely recruitment data management within Elancos ATS (Workday), enabling transparency, process efficiency, and informed decision-making.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on the APAC region.
