Job Description
The Sales Specialist at Elaris Beauty Salon is responsible for managing client inquiries, converting leads into confirmed appointments, and supporting daily salon bookings through effective communication, follow-up, and service promotion. This role plays a key part in attracting new clients, retaining existing clients, and delivering a premium customer experience from first contact to checkout.
Key Responsibilities
Client Inquiry Management
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, website
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, packages, promotions, and availability
- Recommend suitable services based on client needs and preferences
- Maintain a friendly, persuasive, and brand-aligned communication style
Booking & Conversion
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments using strong consultation and sales techniques
- Upsell packages, upgrades, and add-on services to enhance the client experience and increase booking value
- Coordinate with reception and technicians to ensure accurate scheduling and service preparation
- Secure client commitment through a smooth and efficient booking process
Follow-Up & Client Retention
- Follow up with clients who inquire but do not book to maximize conversion opportunities
- Re-engage inactive clients through personalized messages and targeted offers
- Encourage rebooking and promote future appointments after each service
- Ensure client information is accurately recorded and maintained
Customer Experience
- Deliver a high-quality client journey from first inquiry to appointment confirmation
- Handle client concerns or objections professionally and escalate when necessary
- Support front desk operations during peak times to ensure smooth service flow
- Represent Elaris as a premium ladies beauty salon at all times
Teamwork & Reporting
- Work closely with the salon team to support daily booking priorities and operational needs
- Track inquiry sources, follow-ups, and booking outcomes and report to management
- Assist with promotional campaigns by proactively offering current deals and packages
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or reception within a beauty salon, spa, or service-based environment
