Responsibilities
Build strong BD pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed & Glassdoor
Run personalized, value-driven outreach with clear CTAs
Execute disciplined multi-touch follow-ups with consistent cadence
Manage pipelines and daily BD targets end-to-end
Maintain high CRM hygiene in Zoho (stages, notes, follow-ups, outcomes)Qualify leads, handle objections, and map decision-makers
Develop long-term client relationships from cold to trusted partner
Requirement
Have 1 + years of experience in business development experience in recruitment ,pharma or software

Strong background in new client acquisition and business hunting roles
Proven track record in lead generation and client onboarding
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Graduate degree required
Willing to work at US time EST (8.00AM to 5.00PM).
