Role and responsibility of Branding Lead:
Brand Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive branding strategies for Mr Guruprakash Iyer and 1MinuteGuru, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
Content Creation & Management:
o Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
o Written Content: Develop engaging scripts, blog posts, articles, and social media captions that resonate with audiences interested in leadership and mentorship.
Social Media Oversight: Manage and optimise all social media accounts, fostering community engagement, monitoring trends, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Marketing & Campaign Execution: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and audience engagement, utilising tools and strategies pertinent to the brands growth.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all platforms, providing actionable insights and adjusting strategies to enhance effectiveness.
Budget Management: Oversee and allocate budgets for content creation, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding efforts across all organisational activities.
Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in personal branding, digital marketing, and content creation.
