Job Description
We seek talented individuals with professional experience managing and growing businesses with Enterprise Customers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, creating strategic partnerships with businesses, and demonstrating and deepening value creation along with larger Enterprises.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Relationship Management: Own and nurture relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers at enterprise clients. Be the trusted advisor guiding them through the full lifecycle of their partnership with us.
- Onboarding and Implementation: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration of our AI platform into their existing systems. Drive early adoption and engagement with our products.
- Customer Advocacy and Strategy: Understand clients business goals, challenges, and industry trends to create tailored strategies that maximize the value of our platform for their needs, focusing on AI-driven customer experience transformation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including other functions within Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure client feedback is integrated into our platform development.
- Renewals and Retention: Drive contract renewals by demonstrating value and ROI. Proactively address any issues that may impact client retention and long-term relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 2 - 8 years in customer success, account management, or a related role, specifically working with enterprise clients. Experience in Conversational AI, SaaS, or Generative AI platforms is highly preferred
- Some degree with a Business background or work experience of above 7 years in customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Fintech, Healthtech, and/or Edtech industries and their unique customer experience challenges. Experience working on AI or messaging-related platforms is highly desirable.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Generative AI, third-party integrations, and cloud-based platforms. A basic understanding of technical concepts to help customers map use cases to feasibility on our platform.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to think strategically
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
