ERM Global Delivery Centre (GDC)

The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERMs global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERMs global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.
At the GDC, you will:

• Be part of a hub that ensures ERMs business continuity worldwide.
• Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.
• Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency in core functions.

• Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.
• Work in shifts where required, depending on the role. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.
  

Role Purpose
Deliver analytics, dashboards, and master-data governance for Finance Operations. The role enables insight generation, SLA tracking, and ERP data integration supporting Finance and FP&A.
Key Responsibilities

• Build Power BI dashboards for Finance KPIs, SLA, and productivity.
• Own Finance master-data quality (vendor, customer, project).
• Support ERP data migration and validation exercises.

  Get Hired
• Develop automation scripts and data-quality scorecards.
• Partner with FP&A for management-reporting visualization and data lineage.
  

Experience & Capabilities

• 58 years in data analytics or performance reporting.
• Experience of both process-transition data migration and recent system-replacement or BI-tool deployment.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills; knowledge of OneStream preferred.
• Ability to interpret data into actionable business insights.
