RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute specific growth strategies in line with the company's global business plan.
Sustain and develop new sales and distribution channels across the West Asia and North Africa (WANA) region.
Conduct end-user awareness seminars to promote Esco products and solutions.
Deliver sales and product training for distributors in the region.
Support operational processes by working with multiple stakeholders, including answering technical questions, preparing project/tender documents, addressing service-related technical issues, and conducting joint customer visits when necessary.
Translate selected sales and marketing materials where needed.
Support new product launches by planning and executing strategies, including organising exhibitions, webinars, email campaigns, and training sessions.
Continuously analyse markets (Healthcare, Research, Industries, Education, etc.) and competitors in the assigned region.
Monitor and analyse sales performance through regular meetings with channel partners.
Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports.
Follow up on the sales pipeline and implement measures to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree/Diploma in Science or Engineering or other relevant fields
Experience in sales of laboratory equipment preferred but not mandatory
Laboratory experience including working with standard equipment such a biosafety cabinet, incubator, fume hoods etc will be a plus
At least 1 year of relevant sales experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Able to work independently in fast-paced work environment
Able to work long hours when required to accommodate communication with stakeholders from different time zones
Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work well under pressure
