Our client, a well-established Switzerland-based MNC, Looking for Controller Finance.

Job Purpose

The role is responsible for driving financial performance through accurate reporting, analysis, and business partnering. The position supports management decision-making by delivering key financial insights, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring strong financial control within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Performance & Reporting

• Monitor, analyze, and report key financial performance indicators (KPIs), including Gross Profit and EBITDA
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports with variance analysis
• Support initiatives aimed at improving business performance and profitability

Financial Analysis & Business Support

• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial and product cost analysis

• Support decision-making related to make-or-buy, capital investments, and cost optimization
• Develop financial models and provide recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Manage and control the budget roll-up process, including:
• Strategic Planning
• Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Forecast processes
• Collect, consolidate, and validate financial inputs from various functions
• Ensure timely and accurate financial control reporting to senior management

Technical & Functional Skills

• Hands-on experience across all areas of the finance function

  Strong knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and good working knowledge of PowerPoint
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, including FICO, MM, SD, and PP modules
