As part of ETSs Marketing Office team, the Website Experience Intern will support efforts to optimize the ETS.org website, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and accessible experience for all users. This role will expose the intern to core elements of digital strategy, UX design, eCommerce functionality, and web analytics. The intern will gain real-world experience across multiple aspects of website operations and customer journey optimization. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented, design-savvy, and data-curious individual eager to contribute to high-impact digital experience work at scale.

Outcomes For The Program
- Delivery of updated and optimized ETS.org web pages aligned to UX best practices and brand standards.
- Summary reports on web performance data, including actionable insights based on A/B testing or user behavior analysis.
- Documented feedback and usability recommendations from participation in user testing sessions.
- Improved purchase journey flow for at least one ETS product or service area.
