Eucloid - Data Consultant - Customer Data Platform

Job description :
We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Data Consultant at Eucloid. The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders on multiple projects in the eCommerce team.
The Candidate Is Expected To Lead Following Work-streams

• Work on Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations or enhancements (packaged or composable).
• Ingest, transform, and manage customer data from multiple sources such as web, mobile, CRM, marketing tools, and transactional systems.
• Support customer identity resolution, data modeling, and audience segmentation.
• Enable marketing analytics and product analytics use cases, including customer journeys, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and personalization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance (PII handling, consent, privacy considerations).
• 
  Assist in building dashboards, reports, or data exports for downstream activation platforms.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and process improvements related to CDP and analytics workflows.
  

Background
Ideal candidate will have following Background and Skills :

• Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis/Product Analyst function in a Product org or a client facing role.
• Experience working with any Customer Data Platform (CDP), such as :
• Packaged CDPs : Salesforce CDP, Adobe RT-CDP, Segment, mParticle, Tealium, etc.
• Composable CDP architectures using data warehouses and tools.
• Strong experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or customer analytics.

Get Hired
• Good understanding of customer data concepts : events, profiles, identities, attributes, and audiences.
• Familiarity with web/mobile analytics (events, tracking, tagging).
  

Skills

• Strong Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing Director+ level stakeholders a plus.
• Ability to understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them.
• Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
