Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary for atleast 50 hours on site at EUGENICS MEDI SCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Lucknow. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining statutory books, drafting and managing company documents, and liaising with government and regulatory authorities. The Company Secretary will also assist in arranging and recording minutes of board meetings and general meetings, and ensure proper governance practices within the organization.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal frameworks related to company operations
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing official documents, legal agreements, and correspondence
