Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, analyzing sales data, preparing detailed reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also provide training, mentorship, and support to the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships and fostering customer loyalty
- Ability to analyze sales metrics, report generation, and market trend evaluation
- Experience in team management, mentoring, and achieving team targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of the paints or construction industry would be an advantage
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to evolving business needs
