Eversheds Sutherland's Middle East practice continues to go from strength to strength, and we are seeking a Client Development & Marketing Manager to help drive our ambitious growth plans. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in an environment where you are genuinely empowered to deliver creative and innovative client-facing programmes and projects. You will collaborate across all practice groups and sectors, working alongside some of the region's leading practitioners, leveraging your expertise to deliver innovative marketing solutions and continually raise our standards.

As a Client Development & Marketing Manager, you will work with the Middle East & Africa Senior Client Development & Marketing Manager and the partnership to support growth through execution of our strategic plan and enhance the profile of the firm in the region.

Our team
You will be part of the Eversheds Sutherland global client development team, which plays a pivotal role at the heart of the firm's strategy. Within this, the Middle East and Africa team drives all client development and marketing activity across our seven offices in the region, ensuring consistency and excellence across practice groups and sectors.
You will work well individually and as part of a small team and will demonstrate our values daily. You will be analytical, enthusiastic and comfortable working with all levels of seniority and possess a strong work ethic. They will show an interest in regional & international affairs and how they affect global corporates.
This is an exciting role where you will demonstrate highly creative and committed ownership of marketing programmes and support the corporate group to achieve significant growth over the next three years.
Key responsibilities
- Working with the Middle East & Africa Senior Client Development & Marketing Manager and relevant regional partner stakeholders to drive forward the client relationship and business development strategy.
- Support in the development, implementation and delivery of campaigns using the full range of routes to market.
- Developing best in class, regionally focused, sales collateral (pitches and capability statements)
- Working with third parties on sponsorships and events
- Working collaboratively with other support functions internationally to provide a seamless service to the business.
- Provide direction on our corporate activities to other parts of the client development and marketing function.
- Design and production of internal written comms
- Championing CRM best practice amongst stakeholders
- Challenge traditional marketing techniques and embracing technology and cutting-edge approaches to drive connectivity with our client base
- Championing the use of the firm's sales training techniques as best practice across the teams
Skills & Experience
- Experience within a marketing role within professional services in the Middle East
- Proven experience in developing compelling pitches, proposals, and capability statements
- Track record of delivering, or supporting the delivery of marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives. This will include, but is not limited to:
- large-scale strategic events;
- client development programs;
- market segmentation and development
- A demonstrable commercial mindset, with experience of prioritising the right activities that deliver value to our business.
- Experience using Interaction CRM and Vuture is desirable
