E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales operations across Shopify, Amazon, and Noon. The role focuses on day-to-day e-commerce operations including product management, pricing, inventory control, and order handling for our coffee tools, equipment, and coffee beans.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify (Primary)

• Manage daily operations of the Shopify website
• Add, edit, and update products (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Maintain accurate inventory quantities
• Handle and process customer orders
• Monitor product availability and stock levels
• Ensure pricing accuracy and updates
  
• Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for order fulfillment

Marketplaces (Amazon & Noon)

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon and Noon
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings
• Update pricing, stock, and product details
• Monitor orders, returns, and cancellations
• Ensure compliance with Amazon & Noon policies
• Coordinate shipments and inventory updates

Requirements

  Get Hired
  Experience working with Shopify (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and workflows
• Good attention to detail (pricing, stock, listings)
• Ability to manage multiple platforms efficiently
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
• Experience in FMCG or specialty products (coffee-related is a plus)
