Technical AV Project Manager

Evolution is seeking talented Technical Audio Visual Project Managers to join our Technical / Production Departments in Dubai, UAE. This position will be based at our office in Jebel Ali, Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technical concepts, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent communication, people management, time management, and organizational abilities. As an AV Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in

Key Responsibilities:

• Specify and manage all assigned components for upcoming events.
• Manage the department's pipeline, leading and participating in pitches and quotation processes.
• Maintain existing client relations and foster strong customer relationships.
  
• Oversee and manage all aspects of equipment preparation and deployment for events.
• Schedule and coordinate the team's activities in alignment with the department's projects.
• Provide on-site management of event deliverables and technical operations.
• Collaborate and liaise with third parties and/or other departments involved in project execution.

Requirements:

• Must have a positive can-do attitude. We're looking for someone who is used to, and thrives, in a busy environment where project goals can shift and evolve.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably working on mid to large-scale events. UAE Experience is advantageous.

Get Hired
• Proficiency in Sketchup, Autocad, and Vectorworks is desired, although training can be provided.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Valid UAE or home country driving license and access to a car is desired.
• Arabic language proficiency is advantageous but not essential.
