Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in PPC and some knowledge in SEO to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leveraging digital tools and strategies to create impactful marketing campaigns. You will work across various brands, driving measurable growth through innovative and performance-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns:

  • Design and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to create targeted campaigns.
  • Optimize ad creatives, keywords, and bids to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to drive organic traffic.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and technical elements to improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns.
  • Track and analyze SEO performance metrics to refine and improve strategies.

3. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting frameworks for all campaigns.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize ongoing campaigns and future strategies.

4. Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging with campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and incorporate industry best practices into strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Performance and organic growth.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
