Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive, located in Ameerpet. The role involves managing customer interactions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, fostering and maintaining productive client relationships, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities include effective client communication, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Additional duties may include proactively engaging with clients to develop business relationships and contributing to the overall customer success strategy.

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
