We are seeking a talented and driven Data Scientist with 6-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills and technical expertise to extract insights from complex data sets, drive data-informed decision-making, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define data requirements and metrics.

• Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate the impact of changes and inform strategic decisions.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in a data science role, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  Strong understanding of statistical methods and their applications.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases for data extraction and manipulation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
